Twitter CEO aims to establish a Bitcoin Exchange

Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey said in an announcement that he plans to establish a decentralized Bitcoin exchange.

Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey said in an announcement that he plans to establish a decentralized Bitcoin exchange.
Jack Dorsey said:
“Help us build an open platform to build a decentralized exchange for Bitcoin (BTC).”
The crypto exchange will be created by TBD. Mike Brock, head of the division, said that for purchasing cryptocurrencies, the likes of Coinbase will be similar to centralized and custody services.
This exchange plans to be a unique permissionless open exchange. One of TBD's major issues is cost and scalability, currently working to solve it.
Vitalik Buterin, the co-founder of ethereum, criticized this project with these words:
"Jack will have to create his system that enforces these rules."
