Nick Spanos criticized Iran's plan to legalize crypto exchanges.
In a warning, Spanos announced the legal regulations for the taxation of crypto trading platforms operating in Islamic republics after Iran's National Tax Agency (INTA).
INTA has proposed a tax on capital gains. Iran has yet to specify how it plans to tax it.
These regulations came shortly after Iranian President Hassan Rouhani called for cryptocurrency trading.
Spanos warned about this legalization that the Iranian regime had an ulterior motive and said:
“Iran is looking for the best of both worlds to break sanctions and help dudes make money with crypto.”
And Spanos criticized this situation in various words.
