Coinbase customer service has failed in the eyes of users after hackers attack
Coinbase is a US-based crypto exchange and is referred to as the industry giant among crypto exchanges. However, Coinbase customers are dissatisfied even disappointed with the company's customer service support.
As a result of the hacker attack on the major crypto exchange, investors criticized it for stopping transactions for a long time. Many users across the country have filed complaints against the company, CNBC reported.
During an interview with CNBC, most of Coinbase's customers claimed that their accounts were empty, but the company prefers to remain silent about it. According to users, the exchange is not responding to support requests.
CNBC explained the interview as follows:
“Interviews with Coinbase customers across the country and review of thousands of complaints allege that money suddenly disappeared from users' accounts, and then they weren't even properly contacted.”
