The Chedi Andermantt hotel, owned by Samih Sawiris, has told its guests that it will accept crypto assets for stays in the Swiss Alps.

The Chedi Andermantt hotel, owned by Samih Sawiris, has told its guests that it will accept crypto assets for stays in the Swiss Alps.
This hotel is considering accepting Ethereum and Bitcoin but may accept all of them in the future.
To realize the payment method, payment service provider Worldline has partnered with Swiss crypto-asset services provider Bitcoin Suisse.
The hotel said it will convert crypto assets to Swiss Francs immediately after customers pay with crypto assets.
Chedi Managing Director Jean-Yves Blatt said:
“We make it clear to our hotel guests that we are open to new technologies and at the same time offer a new payment experience as an additional service.”
